Yodle is on a mission to change the way local businesses connect with customers, and we take great pride in our agile and creative technology organization. At Yodle, “Tech” plays an integral role in changing the landscape of one of the hottest Internet industries out there.
To understand what it’s like to work here, erase that image in your head of IT departments as you know them. We don’t just sit in a room entering lines and lines of code till it’s time to go home; we collaborate not only with each other, but across departments to develop programs and products that best serve our users and clients.
Working in Tech
Here in Tech, we keep our teams small and our sprints short. You won’t find yourself waiting around for months just to see the fruits of your labor, and you certainly won’t get pigeonholed into working on the same project till your hair starts turning gray. Instead, you’ll get to come up with ideas and run with them, interact with your users to best understand their needs, and utilize your skills to not only solve technology problems, but business problems as well.
Best of all, as an online marketing company, we’re always going to need new business technology, which means there will be endless opportunities to better serve our product, users, and customers. Whether you’re interested in QA, core software development, or IT, we’re constantly expanding our teams to include the most talented people in the industry. So if you’re the type of technology professional who appreciates a challenge and enjoys working with others, we invite you to enter an environment where your ideas will be celebrated and your career path will be clearly defined based on your skills and goals.
